The day started off with some more or less existent breakfast at our hotel in Boston.
Then a bus took us to New York and to our hotel. From the 51st floor of our hotel, we had an awesome view. (spoiler: this was nothing against what followed next)
What followed next was the visit of the One World Trade Center, the tallest building outside of Asia.
After an airport-like security check...
...we went up the elevator that had TVs on all sides that showed us from above how Manhattan changed in the previous centuries.
...which ended spectacularly in the opening of the curtains and the reveal of the actual view.
The view on top was, of course, just amazing.
